Shimrit dumpling wrappers
Tahini sauce how ever you like to make
Ingredients:
Meat filling
400g Ground beef 70% meat 30% fat
55g raisins
1 white onion chopped and sautéed
3 cloves garlic garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
schug
1 green chilli
1/2 bu coriander
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 lemon juiced
75ml nutreul oil
Method:
place all meat items in a bowl and mix well seasoned with salt and pepper set aside.
Place all ingredients for shroug in a small blender blitz and add oil blitz again add salt to taste
Wet the outside of the dumpling, Using a teaspoon fill dumpling skins with meat and close one side to the other, close and pinch in the middle, finish meat.
Cook the dumplings in simmering salted water, remove and season with fresh chervil salt and pepper.
To plate add the tahini on the bottom of the plate top with dumplings and finish with the shroug.
