Chef Thomas, a contestant on the top Israeli cooking competition ‘‘Games of Chefs”, is classically French trained with a passion for learning & understanding food to its core. At 16 he decided to go on a culinary tour for 10 years and seek mentorship from some of the greatest chefs around the world; from Europe to south east Asia, Australia, America and the Middle East.
Having a family with 2 kids now has driven him to create a concept that will fit his & his family’s life style and still allow him to still do what he loves most. So that’s how 'The Unknown' came to life - A unique culinary adventures that is forever changing.
Step into Chef Thomas’s world as he takes you on a journey that tells his story. Classic dishes with a modern twist & different techniques. The use of fresh local ingredients using the season’s bounty combined with accurate beverages. The Unknown is a ticketed event -
A taste of mystery, bold flavors, hidden twists &
endless intrigue.
The menu is inspired by his journey and different seasons of his life. The menu is not revealed until you sit down and start the journey and as the dishes are being served, Chef Thomas explains to you what you are eating and what inspired it.
A 10-12 course tasting journey by Chef Thomas, paired with exquisite wines or cocktails - depending on the adventure you choose to embark on.
The Price is: 895 NIS Per Guest
The Price includes; the tasting menu, wine/alcohol, mineral & sparkling water.
We offer adjustments on the menu to fit your allegries and restrictions such as;
* Kosher Style (Separation of dairy & meat)
* No Seafood & Pork
* Dairy & Fish/Pescetarian (Vegetarians who eat fish)
* Vegetarian
And if you need adjustments like Gluten Free, Dairy Free etc - you just let us know upon your booking.

In order to confirm your reservation, a prepayment of 100% of the ticket price is required.
Changes can be made up to 72 hours before your reservation, free of charge. Our booking system opens ups slowly so keep an eye out on your preferred dates.
