The menu is crafted by Chef Thomas and inspired by the spirit of each month, seasonal ingredients, his culinary journey around the world, and whatever feels right to him in that moment. It is a fusion of different cultures, unique flavours, diverse textures, and a variety of cooking techniques, brought together to create an unforgettable dining experience.
Chef Thomas encourages every guest to come with an open mind and embrace the experience. At the same time, he believes everyone deserves a place at the table, regardless of dietary preferences, allergies, or food sensitivities. Even if there are ingredients you don’t usually enjoy, the menu can always be thoughtfully adapted to ensure you have an unforgettable culinary journey.
The tasting menu is priced at 675 NIS per guest.
