Lady and The Tramp Pasta & Meatballs

Ingredients:


Meatballs

300g ground beef

2 eggs

1/2 onion

1 slice bread stale is best

45g Parmesan can replace with vegan parm

1/2 by parsley finely chopped

salt and pepper


Sauce

500ml good passata

6 cloves garlic

1/2 bu basil

Pinch chilli flakes

150ml olive oil

1 box Dried spaghetti no 3

Method

  1. In a pan add olive oil, garlic and basil cook very low and slow to infuse flavor into the oil

  2. Add chili flakes and tomato passata cook for around 1 hour add salt to taste.

  3. Take meat, parsley and cheese and mix together in a bowl with salt and pepper, add remaining ingredients to a blender and mix to form a slurry add to meat and season well.

  4. Seal meat balls in olive oil with a good color color equals flavor.

  5. Cover with sauce a braise ge try for 45 mins

  6. Let them rest meanwhile cook spaghetti for 8mins add spaghetti to the pan with a ladle of pasta water to the sauce.

  7. Serve in a bowl and enjoy with someone you love.
