Pumpkin Pie w Lions Bread :)

I had an amazing time cooking with Leanne who is responsible for a great blog and insta profile called lions bread you have to check it out she is very talented, always great to cook with like minded people that share passion for food and family Toda kapara. ❤️❤️

Ingredients:
Pastry
100g flour
50g butter/marg
Pinch salt
Water to bind
Pumpkin mix
400g pumpkin puree (I roast mine in foil until tender then blend.)
2 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baharat
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Cheese cake topping
75g labneh
150g cream cheese
35g icing sugar
Strusel
55g flour
45g butter
45g sugar
25g pumpkin seeds
Method:
1. Using fingertips mix butter and flour together for pastry, ad water and bring together.
2. don’t over handle the dough bring it together well enough to form and good dough, rap and chill.
3. mix all ingredients for the pie in a bowl and set aside
4. using fingertips mix all ingredients for the strusel and bake at 160c for 15-20mins
5. for the topping whisk cheeee and sugar together add cream and whisk until a good consistency place in the fridge.
6. line a 9 inch tart case with the pastry and fill up with mix.
7. bake on 215c for 15 mins, turn down to 180c and bake for a further 25-30mins.
8. rest tart in the fridge and slice once cold.
9. pipe the cheese cake next to the slice of pie finish with the strusel.
