Tata’s Scones

I made this recipe for my Nan in London. She was a truly great and inspiring woman. Have fun with it thank you Bosch for making it so easy! Enjoy :)
Ingredients:
250g flour AP
40g sugar
40g butter
1 egg
125ml Milk
30g dried fruit
15g dried apricots
How to make it:
1. Add flour, sugar, butter to a bowl and mix to a sandy texture add dried fruit.
2. mix egg and milk together until liquid,
3. make a well in the center of the dry mix ad liquid
4. mix slowly and not too much with a spoon.
5. bring the mixture together and roll out gently on a bench.
6. using a cutter press down but do not twist cut out six scones.
7. bake using the setting on the Bosch oven if you don’t have a Bosch oven bake at 205c for 16-19mins until brown and hollow.
