French Toast Omelette

This is perfect as a lunch or a quick dinner love how fast and simple it is once the bread is ready

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/4 bu chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
2 slices Gouda cheese
2 slices sandwich loaf
Method:
1. Start but whisking eggs and getting everything ready.
2. add onion and herbs into eggs.
3. in a good pan begin to cook eggs and place cheese ontop.
4. cook until cheese begins to melt at bread.
5. close one side over the other.
6. flip one side of the bread onto the pan side and toast like French toast
7. repeat and rest slice and enjoy.
