French Toast Omelette

This is perfect as a lunch or a quick dinner love how fast and simple it is once the bread is ready

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 bu chopped parsley

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 slices Gouda cheese

  • 2 slices sandwich loaf


Method:

1. Start but whisking eggs and getting everything ready.

2. ⁠add onion and herbs into eggs.

3. ⁠in a good pan begin to cook eggs and place cheese ontop.

4. ⁠cook until cheese begins to melt at bread.

5. ⁠close one side over the other.

6. ⁠flip one side of the bread onto the pan side and toast like French toast

7. ⁠repeat and rest slice and enjoy.
