Ingredients:
Shawarma
4 pieces Pargiet
1/2 white onion
6 cherry tomatoes
1ā piece ginger skin on
5 pieces garlic
1/4 coriander
1 spoon paprika
1 spoon cumin
1 spoon turmeric
Salt and pepper
Salad
1 white onion
2 cucumbers
8 cherry tomatoes
Mint dressing
150g labneh
1/2 bu mint torn
20 ml basil oil
1 lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste.
Methods:
1. Take all the ingredients for the chicken and blend until smooth, season chicken and marinade for at least 2 hour 24 is best
2. ā skewer on shipodim and grill mangle is great regular grill is good.
3. ā chop salad into Israeli style and dress with cooking fat, lemon and salt. Shreds the chicken.
4. ā mix all ingredients for the minted labneh.
5. cut pitta and hit with minted lab, them chicken, salad, yogurt chicken, salad, top with tahini and finish with lemon.
I love this twist on the classic shawarma mixing the best flavors and techniques from the Middle East and India.
Indian food has a massive place in the British food market.
