Stuffed Cheeseburger

So, I love a good cheese burger and I love this recipe the patty secretly hiding the cheese and the freshness of the vegetables to go with it!

Ingredients:


Pattie

  • 200g ground beef

  • 50g beef fat

  • 1/2 bun chopped parsley

  • 4 garlic cloves chopped

  • Pinch baking soda

  • 4 slices good cheddar

  • 100g shredded mozzarella


Toppings

  • Sliced tomato

  • Sliced white onion

  • 4 lettuce leaves


Chipotle aioli

  • 1/2 tin chipotle

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 orange squeezed.


How to:


1. Combine all ingredients expect the cheeee into a bowl and mix well

2. ⁠hit with salt and pepper and divide into 4 equal pieces.

3. ⁠flatten out two and place the cheese in the middle, put remaining patties on the top.

4. ⁠seal in cheese and flatten out slightly chill for at least 1 hour.

5. ⁠mix all ingredients in a bowl for the aioli.

6. ⁠seal burgers in a pan until nice crust forms, finish in oven at 180 for 4 mins.

7. ⁠toast buns in fat from burgers. Use chipotle aioli on the bottom of the bun add lettuce, then burger, then onion and tomato.

8. ⁠tip lid with mayo or connect cashew for the cashew cream recipe.

9. ⁠tip with the lid and enjoy
